Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role in Sydney, NSW, for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations, and managing site teams and subcontractors. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision to effectively manage teams and operations.
  • Strong Communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
  • Experience in performing regular Inspection to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety protocols to enforce a safe and secure working environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to read and interpret construction plans.
  • Relevant industry certification or training and prior experience in construction supervision roles.
