  • A track record of developing and delivering training courses and assessments.
  • The ability to maintain and update trainer/checker guidance materials and courseware.
  • A focus on continual improvement in training methods and outcomes.
  • Confidence to provide phone and in-person support, feedback, and coaching to Cabin Crew Trainers and Checkers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
  • A commitment to safety, compliance, and best practice in training delivery.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive base salary plus superannuation.
  • Full-time, permanent opportunity in a growing national airline.
  • A pivotal role in shaping Cabin Crew standards and training outcomes.
  • Work alongside passionate aviation professionals in a collaborative, supportive environment.
  • Career development opportunities across Flight Standards and operational leadership.
  • Staff benefits including discounted Qantas Club memberships, novated leasing options, salary packaging, EAP access, free parking, and discounted tickets to QRU games.
