About the Role

Turium is seeking an experienced Manager - Spend Management to oversee the successful delivery of SAP Concur Expense, Invoice, and Travel projects while managing key client relationships across our enterprise portfolio.

This role blends hands-on delivery coordination, client engagement, and solution oversight, ensuring every Concur implementation runs smoothly from discovery through to post-go-live optimisation.

You will partner closely with clients, consultants, and Turium's AI and integration teams to ensure high-quality outcomes, strong adoption, and continuous improvement across spend management processes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Concur Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP Concur implementation projects.
  • Architect and implement configurations, workflows, and integrations aligned with enterprise policies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Concur system design, best practices, and governance.
  • Oversee integration with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.), HR systems, and third-party vendors.

Client Management & Success

  • Act as the  key contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment of Concur solutions with business goals.
  • Drive client success initiatives, including quarterly business reviews, performance analytics, and continuous improvement planning.
  • Collaborate with client CFOs, Travel Managers, and Finance teams to optimize spend visibility, compliance, and user experience.
  • Partner with Turium AI's support and developer team to ensure exceptional post-implementation satisfaction and retention.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable system enhancements and AI opportunities.

Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate project timelines, risks, scope, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales conversations, scoping sessions, and solution walk-throughs where needed.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through consistent documentation, quality checks, and governance processes.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior consultants or offshore team members when required.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5-8 years of experience in SAP Concur implementations, account management, or ERP delivery.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise clients and multi-phase SAP Concur programs.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills (forecasting, P&L ownership, SaaS contracts).
  • Hands-on understanding of Concur Expense, Invoice, Travel modules and workflow configuration.
  • Proficiency with integration frameworks (API, SFTP, middleware such as Boomi or MuleSoft).
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
