What you'll do:

  • Help customers design lighting solutions for their homes & projects
  • Source and curate lighting collections for our store
  • Work with electricians, builders, designers & retail clients
  • Stay on top of lighting trends, smart home automation & AI-driven design
  • Achieve sales goals while building strong customer relationships

About you:

  • Passion for interiors, style & design
  • Confident, approachable & motivated to grow
  • Interior or lighting design qualifications preferred (but full training offered to the right person)
  • Ambitious – you want a career, not just a job – we love to grow our staff knowledge and provide opportunities for learning and development
