Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue across our product range.
- Proactively generate new leads and close sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Work closely with architects, designers, retailers, and other key industry partners to strengthen brand presence and drive adoption of our products.
- Provide outstanding service, positioning our brand as a trusted partner in the marketplace.
- Utilise Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office for reporting and daily activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in external sales and customer relationship management.
- A background working with architects, designers, retailers, and other trade channels.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong communication skills with a genuine ability to connect with people.
- Self-motivated "hunter" mindset with resilience and determination.
- Passion for our industry and ability to confidently represent our brand.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively (Monday to Friday most weeks).

Additional Details
- Location: Greater Sydney or NSW regions preferred, with consideration for Melbourne/VIC candidates.
- Travel: Regular NSW travel plus bi-monthly trips to Victoria and South Australia.
