This is a hands-on role where creativity meets execution—perfect for a marketing all-rounder who wants to shape the future of a standout FMCG brand.

About the Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the brand's voice, strategic mind, and creative lead—owning everything from marketing strategy and digital campaigns to retail activations and brand partnerships.

You'll work closely with the Sales Director to plan and execute marketing that drives both brand love and commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role with room to shape the direction of a fast-growing brand in a dynamic category.

As we grow, so will your impact. This role offers the opportunity to lead brand evolution, and influence our expansion into new markets.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Leading and executing brand and marketing strategies to support growth across FMCG and eComm.

• Owning the creation and rollout of standout campaigns that grow our presence in cold brew's most exciting markets, at homes and abroad.

• Collaborating on in-store activations, trade promotions, and POS materials.

• Managing the marketing calendar and driving seasonal campaign execution.

• Optimising our website and digital channels for traffic and conversion.

• Building brand presence through events, partnerships, and influencer activity.

We brew bold, clean cold brew coffee using specialty beans and no shortcuts. What started as a market stall in Melbourne has grown into a nationally recognised brand, stocked in major retailers, thriving online, and expanding globally.

Our Ideal New Team Member:

• Thrives in a fast-moving environment and is comfortable navigating shifting priorities.

• Has experience scaling brand activity in a growing FMCG or DTC business.

• Is skilled at managing deadlines, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and knows how to keep things fun.

• Has a proven record of leading strong B2B marketing strategies with measurable results.

• Is always learning and keeps up with the latest in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, and CMS platforms.

• Brings creative thinking, ambition, and a desire to drive a bold brand forward.

• Brings structure, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused attitude.
