Part Time Studio Manager – Access Pilates

Do you enjoy creating a warm and welcoming space while keeping things organised behind the scenes? Access Pilates is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Part Time Studio Manager to join our supportive team. You'll be the friendly face our members see when they arrive, helping create a clean, calm and welcoming environment.

About Us:

Access Pilates is a 24/7 reformer Pilates studio offering a flexible, self-guided workout experience through individual kiosks. Unlike traditional studios, Access Pilates removes the limitations of scheduled, instructor-led classes by providing members with on-demand access to high-quality Pilates sessions, anytime that suits their lifestyle.

Role Description:

This role supports the smooth operation of the studio by ensuring all areas are clean, organised and welcoming, and by providing front-of-house support including management of stock, checking in members, handling basic enquiries and processing membership changes. You will work both independently and in a team to help maintain a high standard of service and presentation in the studio.

Duties:

Your role will include:

  • Greeting and checking in members.
  • Provide weekly reports as required
  • Responding to emails and in app messages
  • Assisting with member enquiries and general admin tasks
  • Monitor and manage studio stock levels and coordinating deliveries
  • Maintaining studio ambiance and cleanliness
  • Helping keep the studio organised and running smoothly

Desirable:

Previous experience in the fitness industry, customer service or administration is a bonus, but not essential, we're happy to train the right person.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is Friendly, approachable and has great people skills
  • Is organised and can work independently
  • Is reliable, proactive and takes pride in a clean space
  • Has basic computer skills and feels comfortable using email and booking systems.

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).

  • Detail-oriented, especially when cleaning and resetting studio equipment

  • Willing to take direction and contribute to a positive studio culture

  • Flexible hours: 10-15 hours per week with a schedule that can work around your lifestyle
  • Above award pay: $35 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Part Time - a combination of mornings, evenings and weekends as needed
