Job Summary
As a key member of the Product Management Team, the Product Manager will lead the development of product disclosure materials for new propositions and oversee their ongoing lifecycle management.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance while driving strategic enhancements that align with evolving market trends and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous update of content for disclosure documents, ensuring alignment with new product features, regulatory changes, and evolving legislation
• Ensure business readiness for product launches, including the development and delivery of training materials
• Collaborate with the Product Development Team to drive key initiatives, including providing input into business requirements and product design
• Ensure the successful delivery of new products and associated offer documents
• Provide ongoing sales support, which may include addressing and resolving product related queries and contributing to submissions to support new business opportunities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services, with a strong focus on managing IDPS, Super and Unregistered Managed Investment Schemes and Non-Custodial administration platforms
• In-depth knowledge of the legislative and technical rules that govern IDPS, Super and Unregistered Managed Investment Schemes
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver results within deadlines
