The Opportunity:  

At Crystalbrook, every dining experience is an opportunity to surprise, delight and connect. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, professional and personalised service across our venues. From welcoming guests and serving beautiful dishes to curating meaningful moments, you will bring warmth, care and attention to detail to every interaction. 

Working closely with our Food and Beverage Supervisor, this part-time position offers 16–24+ hours per week, with strong potential for additional shifts during peak times. You will take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, anticipating guest needs and working collaboratively with your team to ensure every service runs smoothly. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and finds genuine joy in creating memorable dining experiences.

You are an engaging, guest-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With a natural flair for service and a passion for hospitality, you take pride in creating memorable experiences that make every guest feel valued. 

• Previous experience in food and beverage service within a high-end environment preferred 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional manner  
• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail  
• Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team  
• Comfortable working across a 7-day roster 
• Enthusiasm, adaptability and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
