Cannington Mazda is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Pre-Delivery and Yard Operations Coordinator.

This hands-on role plays a vital part in the smooth running of our dealership — ensuring every vehicle is received, prepared, and presented to the highest standard before delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the check-in, inspection, and organisation of incoming vehicle stock
  • Manage vehicle movement, parking, and display layouts across the yard
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery — including fueling, and quality checks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional presentation of the dealership yard
  • Assist with minor site maintenance and general operational support
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient vehicle flow

About You
  • Hold a valid manual and automatic driver's licence (essential)
  • Have a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and managing daily priorities
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
  • Previous automotive or logistics experience is highly regarded, but not essential
