About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at the prestigious Lucas Lifestyle Resort in Lucas, VIC.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality residential properties to prospective buyers. This is a full-time position (Tuesday - Saturday), offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and growing real estate company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting and generating leads through referral channels including networking and referrals
  2. Timely management of leads via the CRM
  3. Conducting property viewings and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our resort-style properties
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and guiding buyers through the entire sales process
  5. Negotiating sales contracts and ensuring a seamless transaction from start to finish
  6. Maintaining detailed records and reporting on sales activities and performance via CRM
  7. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
  8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales or a related field
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  5. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for the real estate industry
  6. Knowledge of the local Lucas and Ballarat property market and trends
  7. Valid REIV Agents Representative Certificate and Drivers Licence required
