Duties & Responsibilities:

l    Oversee and manage daily site operations on luxury residential projects to achieve program, budget, and quality targets.

l    Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with plans and specifications.

l    Monitor and enforce site safety, ensuring all workers comply with company policies.

l    Inspect and maintain high standards of finish and workmanship typical of high-end residential construction.

l    Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, safety reports, and material deliveries.

l    Organize and direct the daily activities of company laborers, monitor work quality, and manage performance to meet project standards.

l    Plan, schedule, and track construction activities with project management tools to ensure timely delivery.

Experience & Attributes:

l    Solid experience in site supervision, ideally within luxury home construction

l    Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or related field (preferred)

l    Strong knowledge of construction processes, high-end finishes

l    Proven ability to lead trades and subcontractors effectively

l    Excellent communication and organizational skills

l    Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail

l    Must hold a valid driver's license
