About the Role

Embelton is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor to oversee and manage projects from start to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery from start to finish
  • Coordinate logistics, material deliveries, and installation teams
  • Supervise subcontractor installers and manage defects
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with WHS standards
  • Act as the primary contact for flooring matter

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience supervising or managing teams in construction
  • Strong communication and deadline management skills
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and project documentation
  • Background in flooring or trade (advantageous but not essential)
  • Qualifications or solid understanding of the building industr

Experience in flooring and installation techniques, or a trade background, while not essential, may be an advantage
