    POSITION ON OFFER IS A 2-IN-1 POSITION:

  1. Front desk Chiropractic Assistant.

  2. Nerve function scan technician.

  • Health Professionals Support Services Award Level 4 - casual.

  • Paid on-the-job training. Training hours may vary somewhat from normal shift hours. Additional training hours may be required/offered.

  • 14.5hrs p/w with the possibility of more hours when other team members are away.

  • Shifts will be:

    Mondays 7:30am-6pm (1hr lunch) Tuesdays 1:00pm - 6:00pm

  • Our Regular office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. NO weekend work.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Day-to-day running of the practice.

  • Following structured practice procedures and systems.

  • Performing Nerve Function scans.

  • Patient management - Booking appointments; phone calls; processing payments (HICAPS; EFTPOS; EPC; DVA; money handling).

  • Complete all required tasks with a high level of accuracy and effectiveness.

  • General Housekeeping/cleaning.
