We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional patient service and contributing to the growth of our practice.
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be responsible for booking appointment schedules, building strong relationships with patients, managing accounts, and assisting chiropractors in maintaining optimal office flow. You will also provide education and care to practice members, while offering customer service experience and administration skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage patient appointments and build strong relationships with practice members.
- Assist chiropractors in maintaining office flow and delivering exceptional patient service.
- Provide education and care to practice members.
- Offer customer service experience and administration skills.
Additional responsibilities include managing accounts, financial agreements, and cash handling to ensure seamless practice operations.
Requirements:- Casual position with flexible working hours (approximately 10-15 hours per week).
- Availability for weekend shifts and occasional overtime.
- Administration and customer service experience.
- Pleasant phone manner and strong communication skills.
