Senior Account Project Manager - Retail & Brand Activations

We're on the lookout for a
Senior Account Project Manager
to join our growing team in Melbourne. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects for one of our key retail clients - overseeing everything from production and planning to creative execution and installation.
You'll be the go-to contact for your client, building strong relationships and ensuring the smooth, on-time delivery of campaigns across multiple sites. You'll manage internal teams, external suppliers, budgets, timelines and installations - keeping the work on track and the client happy.
Role and responsibilities
- Deliver premium retail activations and installations, from concept through to execution
 - Be the key day-to-day contact for the client - owning communications, WIPs and stakeholder relationships
 - Work collaboratively with design, production, and installation teams to bring ideas to life
 - Manage timelines, budgets, resources and suppliers across multiple campaigns
 - Lead weekly WIPs, provide clear updates and escalate challenges where needed
 - Ensure exceptional quality of execution across all touch points - digital and physical
 - Coordinate all documentation, permits and compliance for installations
 - Use to manage WIPs and ensure transparent tracking internally and externally
 - Be hands-on during key site installs, ensuring flawless delivery
 - Actively contribute to post-project reviews and continuous improvement
 - Report directly into the Chief Client Officer, and work closely with the broader Dashing leadership team
 
About you - the non-negotiables
Experience & expertise
- 7+ years' experience managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale activations, VM or retail campaigns
 - Proven success in fast-paced, premium brand environments
 - Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, substrates, production and fabrication methods
 - Hands-on experience with timber, metal, acrylic builds and detailed finishes
 - High-level documentation, budget control and commercial acumen
 - Strong client management experience - particularly within retail
 - Solid understanding of permits and site compliance
 - Based in Melbourne, with availability for hybrid work (4 days in-office)
 
Skills & attributes
- Exceptionally organised, calm and solutions-focused
 - Clear communicator, confident with clients, stakeholders and internal teams
 - Proactive, self-sufficient and ready to lead projects independently
 - Skilled across Google Suite, Microsoft Office and (a plus)
 - Able to manage complexity with clarity, and balance pace with precision
