Disability Support Worker – Mental Health Focus

The Role

We need experienced Disability Support Workers to support participants with complex behaviours and mental health needs in Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings across North & South Adelaide.

Duties include:

  • Daily living assistance (including personal care)
  • Supporting individual care plans
  • Encouraging social participation and independence
  • Flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights)

What You'll Need:

  • NDIS Worker Check, Orientation Module & Working with Children Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Medication & Manual Handling Certificates
  • Current Police Check
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Infection Control & Hand Hygiene Certificates
  • Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, or related field
  • Friendly, approachable, and presentable manner when working with clients and families
