Experienced Recruitment Consultant
to join our team
This is a full-time position, WORKING FROM HOME
In this role, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to build your own talent pool of high-quality individuals. Working closely with our existing client base, you'll match the right people to the right opportunities, ensuring both candidates and clients receive the outstanding service Backam Group is known for.

We're seeking an experienced recruiter who has a proven ability to connect great people with the right roles. You'll bring a high-performing mindset, a knack for building strong relationships, and a drive to deliver results.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in blue-collar labour hire recruitment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
- A results-driven attitude with resilience and determination.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Experience using FastTrack 360 and RatesCalc (highly desirable).
