We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Assistant (NDIS Services) to join our team. This is an entry-level, full-time role — perfect for someone looking to combine strong communication skills with purpose-driven work in the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Write engaging advertisements, posts, and promotional material tailored to the NDIS community.
  • Assist with client engagement and outreach activities to raise awareness of our services.
  • Support the design and delivery of NDIS-focused marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to improve communication with clients, stakeholders, and the community.

Requirements

  • Female candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in marketing, advertising, and community engagement.
  • Ability to write clear, creative, and professional content.
  • Willingness to learn and understand the NDIS framework (training provided).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with social media platforms, emails, and basic digital tools.
