Join the Civmec TeamThis is a great opportunity to join our Manufacturing and Fabrication Team and work in the largest fabrication facility of its kind at our Henderson Facility. Working on a variety of complex and high-profile projects, you will gain hands on experience and work within a world class team.

- Oversee the installation, construction verification and commissioning of electrical systems
- Make sure all electrical work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical personnel, providing guidance and support
- Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling and coordinating deliveries
- Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes and accurate weekly reporting
- Manage labour relations and coordinate with the representative groups to ensure a harmonious workplace.
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience working a variety of medium to large scale electrical construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and workplace safety procedures
- Managing and driving strong safety culture
- Well-honed project planning and scheduling skills
- Strong leadership qualities and stakeholder management
