We're currently seeking a qualified and driven Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our HME Maintenance Crew. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with a world-class heavy mobile fleet, ensuring our equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

A day in the life:

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on heavy mobile equipment to industry-best standards
  • Ensure all equipment is safe and ready for operation prior to return to service
  • Identify improvement opportunities to minimise downtime and enhance reliability
  • Consistently meet maintenance targets and KPIs
  • Actively contribute to a strong safety culture, aligning your work with our values
  • Identify, assess, and control workplace hazards as part of everyday operations

About you:

We're looking for someone who combines hands-on skill with a proactive, team-first attitude. You'll ideally have:

  • A relevant trade qualification in Diesel Fitting
  • Strong practical experience working with a variety of heavy mobile equipment
  • A commitment to high safety standards and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A collaborative approach with a passion for quality workmanship and continuous improvement
