We deliver a seamless and holistic service for our owner clients, specialising in marketing, guest services, property supervision, maintenance, housekeeping and gardening.

We are currently seeking a casual
Operations and Property Assistant
to help support the operational running of a growing portfolio of around 30 premium holiday homes, across the Mornington Peninsula.

  • $28 p/h
  • Casual, ongoing flexible work –
    great for Mums re-entering the workforce
  • Starting with 8hrs per week, hours will build towards peak season
  • Must be available over school holidays

Key responsibilities

  • Creation and management of property documentation and checklists.
  • Assist with property setup, organising and styling.
  • Assist with property photoshoots.
  • Communicating with property owners and updating them on their home.
  • Researching potential new trades and housekeeping teams.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure adequate stock, property cleaned to a 5-star standard and to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Conduct guest check-out inspections, checking for any damage.
  • Liaising and scheduling with housekeepers, gardeners and tradespeople as required.
  • Create and manage brand collateral, including signage for properties.
  • Shopping for various household groceries, supplies, linens, towels, and homewares etc.
  • Drop off any urgent supplies to guests.
  • Monitor and charge cameras, noise detectors and house alarms.

Requirements

  • Be comfortable working off digital task lists via Google Sheets or Breezeway.
  • Great written and spoken communication – you will be talking to home owners.
  • Be comfortable communicating via WhatsApp and Outlook for daily updates and coordination.
  • Be able to work independently, while also collaborating and taking direction from the wider team.
  • Prior property management, administration or operations experience is helpful.
  • Have a reliable vehicle and current driver's licence.
  • Have a valid and current police check.
  • Be flexible with availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be able to work school holidays.
