**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As the Assistant Venue Operator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the outlets. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, staff training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
**ABOUT YOU**
You are someone who gets the job done - through your own efforts or through how you engage with and manage others. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty, stepping in when needed to do the daily tasks that are all part of working in a fast paced, customer focused food and beverage outlet.

- Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- Passion for inspiring, leading and developing your team
- Hands on hospitality experience / coffee experience desirable
- Be able to handle the physical traits of a hospitality business
- driver’s licenses - Auto and manual
- Understands the basics of Haccp and WHS
- Be able to use a POS system
- Have extensive experience of back of house POS system
- Understands working with a budget and KPI
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft office and Outlook.
