About the role:

What do we need within our team? We need a champion tech, that is knowledgeable in this area but also has a desire to grow themselves. Our ideal tech will be comfortable working on a forklift as well as developing rapport with our strong customer base. However, if you don't have forklift mechanical experience (that's ok, we know its rare) then a solid mechanical background will suffice, we can teach you the rest.

On a day to day basis, your role will include;

  • Conducting mobile, customer-focused preventative maintenance services and breakdown repairs on forklifts.
  • Complete field-based invoices after finalising jobs using our service app (training will be provided).
  • Assisting in the preparation of field-based quotes for our customers.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • A minimum of Class C Drivers Licence.
  • Relevant trade qualifications (Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic).
  • Demonstrated diagnostic experience.
  • An understanding of computer systems.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.

Highly advantageous (however not essential):

  • Forklift mechanical repairs experience.
  • LPG Qualification.
  • Forklift licence.
  • Hydraulic experience.
