About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic to maintain and repair our site-based systems in a high-demand FMCG manufacturing environment. This is a full-time afternoon shift position, reporting to the Senior Service Technician.

What You'll Do
  • Service, maintain and repair refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
  • Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
  • Work with ammonia-based refrigeration systems (essential)
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Champion safety and compliance in all tasks
What You'll Bring
  • Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (trade qualified)
  • Full Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
  • Industrial experience, ideally in FMCG
  • NSW Restricted Electrical Licence (minimum)
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills
  • Current manual driver's licence
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (highly desirable)
  • Valid working rights in Australia
