Tyre Fitter

Central Coast Tyre & Mechanical is part of the Central Coast Motor Group family, servicing internal departments, trade, and retail customers.

As a Tyre Fitter, your responsibilities will include:

• Removing and replacing tyres
• Diagnosing tyre damage and wear
• Diagnosing wheel balance issues and balancing wheels
• Performing puncture repairs in line with industry standards
• Delivering a high level of customer service in a professional and well-presented environment

What You'll Need:

• The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• A can-do attitude and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, varied workplace
• A valid NSW Driver's Licence
• Full and permanent work rights in Australia

We are ideally seeking candidates with a relevant qualification and/or equivalent hands-on experience. Relevant qualifications may include a Certificate in Underbody Repair, Automotive Servicing, or Light/Heavy Vehicle Mechanics.

We also have the passion and capacity to upskill our employees, including:

• Tyre fitting experience but not yet confident with wheel alignments
• Limited/no experience, with a proactive attitude

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and train apprentices rotating through the workshop. Depending on your experience and qualifications, this role may also involve tasks such as completing internal inspections on unregistered vehicles.
