Step into a pivotal role where you lead, manage, and drive a talented CAD team delivering bespoke interior joinery projects. We're after a proactive Lead PYTHA Drafter / CAD Manager who's hands-on with PYTHA software but thrives managing a remote drafting team based in Indonesia.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate the CAD drafting team to deliver precise, high-quality PYTHA drawings
  • Manage workflows and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality
  • Draft and revise joinery drawings as needed — you're no stranger to the software
  • Communicate clearly between design, production, and offshore teams to streamline projects
  • Own the process from drawing review to final output, driving continuous improvement
