About the RoleQueensland Country Bank is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our energetic and collaborative team, helping to shape the future of our brand and connect with our customers in new and inspiring ways.
In this role, you'll help lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, from crafting compelling content and managing campaign go-live to analysing performance and optimising our online presence for maximum impact in enhancing brand awareness, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Work with the Marketing team to build and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and resources to ensure delivery within scope.
Develop engaging content tailored to target audiences, including blog posts, newsletters, web copy, case studies, and campaign collateral.
Develop close and productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including third-party suppliers/partners.
- Provide reports outlining marketing results of current campaigns and advertising.
Assist in tracking and managing department expenditure and promotional spend to budget.
Ensure all content adhere to brand voice, tone and corporate identity guidelines.
Ensure all marketing and advertising materials follow ADI regulatory requirements.
Leverage industry insights provided by third-party partners and own research to guide future campaign decisions
This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week based in either our Brisbane City CBD Administration Office or Townsville Head Office.
What you bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in marketing, with proven success in campaign delivery and brand development.
- Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry (desirable).
