At Bush's Meats, we are a dynamic retail butcher shop seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Butcher or experienced salesperson to join our team. If you have a keen interest in butchery, a desire to learn, and a willingness to work hard, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the preparation, cutting, and processing of meats.

  • Learn about various cuts of meat and how to prepare them.

  • Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area.

  • Provide excellent customer service in our retail shop.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident and personable on the counter.

  • A strong interest in butchery.

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.

  • Reliable and punctual; bus station conveniently located out front

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
