Permanent Part-Time Nursery Worker – Flexible Hours & Immediate Start

Advantage Plant Production is a wholesale plant nursery specialising in ornamental trees and fruit trees. We're seeking a self-motivated Nursery Assistant to join our small, friendly team.

Job Summary:

This role involves a variety of horticultural tasks in an outdoor work environment. You'll be helping with the propagation and care of plants, potting, weeding, pruning, and preparing plants for dispatch to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propagation of ornamental and fruit trees
  • Weeding, pruning, and general plant maintenance
  • Potting and preparing plants for sale and delivery
  • Outdoor work in different weather conditions
  • Working independently and following instructions

Skills & Requirements:

  • Horticulture or nursery experience is an advantage (but not essential)
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone when needed
  • Reliable with own transport
