At Little Lion Early Learning Castle Hill, we are a passionate, family-owned and operated centre dedicated to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. Our recently renovated centre offers a spacious, homelike atmosphere surrounded by nature and greenery. With vibrant indoor and outdoor learning spaces, thoughtfully curated resources, and a focus on hands-on experiences, we make learning engaging and fun. We also provide onsite parking, prioritise educator wellbeing, and support professional growth—creating a workplace where every educator feels valued and empowered.

We currently have exciting opportunities for:

  • Nursery/Toddler Room Leader
  • Diploma Qualified Educator
  • Certificate III Educator

Full Time Position-Immediate start available

What you will do:

  • Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences.
  • Building and maintaining strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Supporting children in their daily routines and extending their learning.
  • Guiding children's development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all.

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • Passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering positive outcomes for children.
  • A holder of Certificate III, Diploma, or ECT qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Equipped with a current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Knowledgeable about the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Warm, nurturing, proactive, and a strong team player.
