About the Role

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in building operational capability, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will drive onboarding programs, embed strong knowledge practices, and enable smooth process adoption, working to ensure our teams have the tools, skills, and confidence to thrive in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Our Knowledge and Facilitation Lead, you'll:

  • Design and deliver
    engaging onboarding experiences, training sessions, and workshops that accelerate new starter readiness.
  • Develop and govern
    a centralised knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and drives high utilisation.
  • Lead training and communication for process rollouts
    , capturing feedback and supporting seamless adoption.
  • Facilitate initiatives and retrospectives
    to uncover challenges, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
  • Build cross-skilling frameworks and pathways
    that support workforce flexibility and enable skill development across teams.
  • Model safe, ethical, and compliant practices-
    ensuring adherence to WHS standards, regulatory frameworks, and risk management processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in L&D, with a successful track record in operations, or change enablement.
  • Expert facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.
  • Experience creating effective onboarding, training, or knowledge management programs.
  • Experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or documentation governance.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or customer operations would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, or learning management systems (Desired).
