From The Ground Up is expanding as we move into Spring, and we're on the lookout for a qualified, motivated, and reliable Garden & Home Maintenance Labourer to join our hardworking and dedicated team.

This is more than just a mowing job — it's an opportunity to be part of a growing business that takes pride in delivering high-quality work across a wide range of services.

Duties include:

  • Lawn care: mowing, whipper snipping, edging
  • Garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, mulching
  • Landscaping and soft scaping tasks
  • Small construction and concreting jobs
  • Gutter cleaning and waste disposal
  • Material ordering and collection
  • General home and property maintenance

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven reliability and strong work ethic
  • Unrestricted driver's licence (essential)
  • Experience towing and operating heavy vehicles/trailers
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with a high standard of service
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • (Mandatory for contractual work – must be lodged/applied for at time of application)
