Project Support Officer - NV2 Cleared

  • Location: Edinburgh, Adelaide
  • Clearance: NV2 Security Clearance required
  • Project: Work on an intelligence project for national security

About the role

As a Project Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery by providing end-to-end support across the project lifecycle. This includes planning, reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement of project delivery standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support project lifecycle activities aligned with strategic goals and standards
  • Deliver portfolio, program, and project support services
  • Promote and advise on approved methodologies and tools (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile)
  • Recommend and implement delivery improvements
  • Facilitate effective communication across project teams and stakeholders
  • Provide expert guidance on project support best practices

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to influence, challenge constructively, and manage competing priorities
  • Proven experience working independently under broad direction
  • High resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools

Due to the nature of the role, Australian citizens with NV2 security clearance are eligible for the role.
