Senior Underground Production Driller

Perseverance Drilling, Underground Pty Ltd is a Western Australian owned and operated underground drilling company, specialising in underground production drilling, and contracting to the underground mining industry across Australia.

With a main workshop and office located in Kalgoorlie-Boulder we have the experience and enthusiasm to provide safe, accurate and productive drilling solutions for long hole open stope mines.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated people to join our underground drilling teams. Working with our small expert teams, you will learn, not only the fundamentals of production drilling but also the fundamentals of tuning and maintaining our mid to large size drill rigs.

Required Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Valid Manual Driver's License,

· National Police Clearance (3 months),

· Able to pass a pre-employment medical,

· Safety consciousness,

· Excellent communication skills,

· Positive attitude and willing to develop new skills,

· Self-Motivated who takes pride in their work,

· Must be comfortable working independently and a part of a team.

Favourable Experience & Knowledge:

· Previous drilling experience on Sandvik or Atlas Production Drills.

· Competent in the operation of RCS and Production Optimiser Systems.

· Underground Mining Experience.

Employment Conditions:

· FIFO Perth or Residential in Kalgoorlie-Boulder (or surrounding towns),

· Flexible Rosters, 12hr Day and Night Shift,

· Good pay based on experience and attitude,

· Practical and professional working and learning environment,

· Immediate start for approved applicants.
