Sales Administration Support – Real Estate | Minic Property Group

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

Minic Property Group is seeking an experienced proactive and enthusiastic Sales Administration Support to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role providing essential support to our high-performing sales agents and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from listing to settlement.

About the Role:

As a Sales Administration Support, you will play a key part in supporting our sales agents and contributing to the overall success of our agency. You'll be the backbone of the sales process, ensuring everything runs efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales administration tasks
  • Prepare appraisal and listing documentation
  • Liaise with solicitors and conveyancers
  • Coordinate all marketing activities including online listings and print media
  • Schedule photographers and floor plan appointments
  • Communicate with vendors and purchasers
  • Maintain in-house CRM systems
  • Manage property listings from authority to settlement
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team
  • Maintain general marketing initiatives for sales team/office

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Real Estate Sales Administration or customer service
  • Strong administration, communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Friendly and professional communication style
  • A team player with a proactive and positive can-do attitude
  • Comfortable multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Current WA Real Estate Certificate of Registration and WA Drivers licence
