**REAL ESTATE CAREERS (JUNIOR)**

The role primarily involves lead generation and marketing, listing and selling, creating, and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting open homes & attending appointments.

You will receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced agents to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Shadow our experienced agents and receive personalised coaching to ensure you achieve your full potential.

If you're a strong, confident communicator, self-motivated, and have a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.

No prior real estate experience is necessary; just a **strong desire to learn and succeed.**

We will equip you with the scripts & skills you need to excel in the marketplace, through our carefully considered **In-House Training & Development programs.**

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION**:

- You want a career in Real Estate Sales **OR** Property Management
- You have a driver's license (provisional or higher) or in the process of obtaining
- You have your own reliable car or in the process of purchasing one
- You are looking entry level position into the Real Estate industry
- You can work with a team & can commit to working weekends
- You have your Certificate of Registration (IV) **OR** you are willing to obtain it

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
