Principal Lawyer – Remote online| 3-Year Contract | Modern Boutique Firm
Salary:
$100,000 (first 6 months) → $132,000 (after 6 months) → $150,000 (after 1 year) → up to $175,000 by year 3 (subject to KPIs) (read special conditions below)

The RoleWe're seeking a Generalist Principal Lawyer to lead and develop our growing team.
You'll manage your own caseload and supervise two junior lawyers while shaping the culture and direction of the practice.
This role suits a Principal Lawyer who wants leadership, flexibility and career growth within a forward-thinking firm.
About YouAdmitted as a solicitor in Australia with an unrestricted practising certificate (or eligible to obtain one.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Principal Lawyer
Proven leadership and mentoring ability
Excellent communication and client-management skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable in a paperless, remote environment
