About the opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Steadfast Technology Services as a Product Manager – Broker Solutions, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering functionality across Steadfast's InsurTech platforms. You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team focused on modernising broker and insurer technology solutions, including platforms like INSIGHT, SCTP, and Steadfast Apps. This role acts as the product voice within delivery teams and bridges the gap between brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for broking and insurer distribution solutions—from concept to rollout and continuous improvement
• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans in alignment with business strategy
• Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and translate feedback into product enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and technical upgrades
• Serve as the primary contact for product-related queries from brokers and insurers
• Support product adoption through launch materials and training documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in product management within IT, Fintech, or InsurTech environments
• Proven knowledge of general insurance (broking and underwriting) applied in technology settings
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Fresh Works
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Ability to analyse data and current state issues to propose actionable recommendations
• Technically conversant with evolving platforms and able to contribute to technical discussions
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
