Day-to-day, you will:

As the Valet Experience Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our valet team, ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery while supporting team performance and operational goals.

• Lead, support and roster the Valet team to deliver a seamless, premium guest experience.
• Monitor team performance and service standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Support the Services Manager with people management, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Align team priorities to the Asset Business Plan and centre-wide objectives.
• Manage valet staffing and resourcing plans, including timesheets and shift coverage.
• Maintain strong relationships with Centre Management, Marketing, retailers, and customers.
• Provide hands-on support, including confidently driving all types of vehicles.

Permanent position based onsite at Westfield Sydney.

• Team Leadership – Experience leading, coaching, and rostering frontline or customer service teams.
• Premium Customer Service – Proven ability to deliver high-quality, guest-focused service in a fast-paced or premium environment.
• Operational Oversight – Strong organisational skills with experience managing day-to-day operations, shift coverage, and compliance with procedures.
• Communication & Relationship Building – Confident communicator with the ability to engage customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Driver Confidence & Licence – Valid driver's licence with the ability to safely operate a range of vehicles as part of hands-on valet support.
