Supervisor
to lead our site crews, ensure high-quality project delivery, and help drive the next phase of our success.

This is a remote role with regular travel across NSW to complete works on a range of sites. No two jobs are the same, and you'll be out on the road to solve real problems for our customers.

The Opportunity

Supervisors play a hands-on role in making sure every job is done right, on time, and to the high standard our customers expect. You'll lead by example, keeping the team on track, making sure safety is front and centre, and making sure the work matches the plan.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers and crews, and keeps things running smoothly from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities

·       Help manage day-to-day site tasks, scheduling, logistics, and equipment upkeep

·       Work closely with the ops team to keep projects running on time and to plan

·       Team up with Sales and Technical staff to keep jobs moving in the right direction

·       Play your part in keeping the site safe, productive, and well organised

What You Bring

· years' experience in underpinning or construction-related roles

·       Proven ability to coordinate schedules, manage resources, and support on-site teams effectively

·       An understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards within construction settings

·       Excellent interpersonal skills ability to build relationships

·       Comfortable with using business systems and technology to support daily operations

·       Hold a MR or HR Drivers Licence
