About the Role

As Practice Manager, you'll oversee full clinic operations, ensuring seamless patient experiences, efficient workflows, and a motivated, high-functioning team.

You'll also bring a commercially minded approach to help drive clinic performance and profitability.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the clinical and front office teams
  • Overseeing daily operations, chairside support, and compliance with the highest clinical standards
  • Managing rosters, performance, training, and recruitment
  • Driving operational excellence and commercial outcomes to meet both clinical and business goals
  • Creating a calm, professional, and supportive environment for staff and patients

About You

You're an organised, confident and commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for patient care. You love building teams, improving systems, and creating structure that drives results.
