About the role

As the Store Manager of Cold Rock Toowoomba, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the two Toowoomba stores of this popular ice cream franchise. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to lead a fun team and develop your leadership skills in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of store operations
  • Create rosters for staffing
  • Inventory management and ordering of product
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve any complaints
  • Reconciliation of cash takings and deposits
  • Ensure stores are clean and presentable for customers
  • Provide leadership and training to your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure the stores meets all health, and safety standards
  • Assist with manufacturing of ice cream in store

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a hospitality role or leading people
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Willingness to learn and be taught
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied shifts
