MELBOURNE BASED / HYBRID / 2 DAYS ON SITE

We're on the lookout for a Salesforce Administrator/Developerto join a high-performing technology program driving large-scale transformation. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining, optimising, and supporting multiple Salesforce environments, keeping systems running smoothly across integrations with different platforms.

In this role, you'll manage user access, configuration, and data integrity while supporting release cycles and test phases (SIT, UAT, and production). You'll work closely with developers, testers, and business teams to deliver a seamless Salesforce experience, ensuring performance, governance, and security standards are always met.

You'll bring:

  • Solid Salesforce Administration experience across complex environments
  • Hands-on skills in flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security setup
  • Experience with sandbox management, deployments, and large data handling
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and Agile delivery experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
