What you will enjoy doing

  • Driving profitable sales growth in your territory – building and managing a strong pipeline
  • Developing long-term relationships with industrial and welding customers
  • Working closely with your local branch and support teams to deliver seamless customer service
  • Identifying and commercialising new gas opportunities in collaboration with the BOC sales team
  • Using your technical knowledge of welding processes and applications (or willingness to learn fast) to provide expert advice to customers
  • Maintaining a strong commitment to safety with a focus on zero harm

What makes you great

  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer interfacing (highly regarded)
  • Experience in welding, gas, or a related industrial field (highly regarded)
  • Has a valid Pork lift license
  • Must be Physically & Mentally fit
  • Commercially savvy – confident in planning, problem solving, and executing growth strategies
  • Grounded, reliable, and customer-focused – with the drive to deliver results and grow your territory
