Your Impact
As the Manager – Assets and Maintenance Services, you'll lead a skilled maintenance workforce across multiple sites, ensuring our advanced equipment and infrastructure operate at peak performance. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping us prepare for next-generation technologies, smarter systems, and sustainable asset strategies.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations of assets and maintenance teams across three major production facilities.
- Drive innovation in asset management systems (including S4Hana) and maintenance practices.
- Lead technical evaluations and strategic procurement of new technologies.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and service providers with precision.
- Champion compliance with Australian and international standards.
- Shape the future through the Asset Maintenance Management Plan (AMMP) and Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership in asset and maintenance management within production or industrial environments.
- Strong financial acumen and reporting skills.
- Engineering or trade qualifications (preferred).
- Passion for innovation and readiness to embrace future technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Valid Queensland C Class Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.
