Now we're looking for an experienced construction project manager to join us

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Leading and coordinating teams with diverse professional backgrounds including engineers, designers, contractors, etc., ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Quickly and effectively resolve issues arising during the project, including technical challenges, delays, and resource shortages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (an advantage).
  • At least five years of work experience as a Construction Project Manager or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
