**About the Roles**:
**We're looking for Trainee Concrete Technicians at our Kingston Laboratory. In this hands-on role, you'll be **working on a production line**, conducting cylinder compression tests. This involves placing concrete cylinders into machines, cracking them, running tests, recording results, and entering data into the system. The work is repetitive and requires you to be on your feet. Solid performers will have opportunities to advance into other areas within the lab or across the business.

This role is perfect for those who enjoy staying active, prioritise safety, and are seeking a stable, long-term career in a repetitive role.

- **Hours**: 5am to 1PM standard shifts, with plenty of daily overtime if you're keen to earn more.
- **Pay**:Typically around $25 - $28 ph (adjusted for U21's) Base wages plus overtime, with permanent employment and penalty rates.

- **Traineeship**: Obtain Cert III or Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques with
- **Get paid while you train**, plus earn around $3,000-$4,200 in additional incentives throughout Traineeship (amounts may vary).
