As Senior Strategy Consultant - AI Innovation, you'll combine strategic consulting expertise with AI innovation to co-develop breakthrough solutions that address Australia's unique retail challenges. Working collaboratively with Woolworths teams and FMCG brands, you'll structure complex problems and drive commercial outcomes through genuine partnership whilst learning cutting-edge AI methodologies.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead AI transformation initiatives by developing innovative analytics solutions that deliver measurable business value for FMCG clients and Woolworths Group.
• Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams that deliver transformative proof-of-concept trials, ensuring seamless transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and build strategic partnerships, balancing business objectives with client needs through compelling presentations to senior leadership.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of AI-native tools that enhance daily workflows for thousands of retail team members.
• Champion solution development with strategic consulting mindset, continuously engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term commercial success.

• Management consulting expertise: You have experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy roles, with proven knowledge of consulting frameworks and structured problem-solving methodologies that drive real business outcomes.
• Commercial acumen: Your deep understanding of retail/FMCG sectors and business processes, coupled with experience in data-driven solutions, makes you an asset to the team in delivering measurable value from pilot to BAU.
• AI curiosity & strategic mindset: You're curious about how AI can transform FMCG business challenges and excited to work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and AI. You thrive on identifying opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions that create measurable business value for clients.
• Stakeholder influence: Your ability to communicate effectively across organisational levels enables you to build consensus and drive alignment, turning complex analytical concepts into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Business modelling skills: You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience, consistently delivering solutions that balance user needs with business objectives.
