Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, a Maintenance & Cleaning employee forms a critical part of our team. This role is suited to an individual who is highly organised, is able to work autonomously and displays high attention to detail. This position is a customer focused role, the ability to provide a high level of customer service to our guests, while also ensuring the cleanliness of the park is kept to a high standard is critical.

This is a Permenant Part Time position with typical working hours between 3pm and 9pm. Days and hours may change and vary in time to meet the needs of the park. This position falls under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award.

Full working Rights in Australia is required.

What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Maintain all aspects of the park operation and provide a clean, and welcoming environment for park guests.
  • Equipment maintenance.
  • Swimming pool and water park maintenance.
  • Enforcing park rules when required, monitoring behavior.
  • Complete basic ad hoc maintenance tasks when requested by guests, management or front desk team.
  • Preventative maintenance in cabins, grounds, amenities and other facilities.
  • Incidental customer service assistance with in-room guest requests.
